Enterprise

OKRs across the whole organisation. Governed, honest, and yours.

OKRGoal runs every department's OKRs on one method, with the governance a large organisation needs and the audit trail a regulator asks for. Run it in our cloud, or run OpenOKR, the same open source release, on your own Kubernetes or fully offline. Every feature is in every edition, so what you are buying is OKR Institute's support, not a licence.

The problem

Enterprise OKR programmes fail the same way. Just more expensively.

The rollout stalls

The first quarter has a consultant, workshops and energy. By the second, check-ins are optional and the tool is a filing cabinet.

Every department invents its own

One division writes tasks as key results, another writes ten objectives, a third skips the review. Nobody can compare anything.

Leadership finds out at the close

The quarter ends, the numbers are missed, and there is no way to tell whether the strategy was wrong or the work never happened.

The method

One method. Every department. Your rules.

Choose a profile for the whole organisation, then tune it. The Governed profile makes the planning phases binding, sets a planning window for creating new objectives, routes new mid-cycle objectives through the reviewer, requires a reviewer on every goal, and blocks on five of the six publish gates. Every rule you change is audited, and a closed cycle keeps the rules it was graded under.

A guided cycle, organisation-wide

Annual and quarterly cycles, a sponsor and facilitator per cycle, a countdown to the publication date, and a phase checklist computed from the work.

Quality at the source

Twenty-six checks on every line, in every department, at the moment of writing. Publish gates that hold the line before the quarter starts.

Alignment that reaches the top

Company, department and team levels. A score that names every orphan goal and every department with no cross-team dependency.

A close that tells you what to fix

The diagnostic separates strategy problems from rhythm problems, space by space, from real check-ins.

Governance

Control without a committee.

A space for every team

Every team gets a space with its own goals, sessions, documents and members. Its members edit its OKRs, and the rest of the organisation can see them, so alignment stays visible.

Roles you can edit

Four built-in roles, Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer, each granting a level per domain. Edit any of them except Owner, or add your own.

Access that is checked once, everywhere

One permission check serves the browser, the API, the command line, the chat apps and every agent. There are no back routes.

Isolation in the database

Every workspace is isolated by row-level security inside PostgreSQL. A bug in the application cannot read across workspaces.

An audit log you can verify

Append-only and hash-chained, so a changed or deleted row shows. Verify the whole chain from the admin screen.

Freeze for maintenance

Put the workspace into read-only for a cutover or an incident. People and settings can still be managed, and the freeze can always be lifted.

And it looks like yours: your logo, your colour and your favicon, previewed before you save.

AI under control

AI your security team can sign off.

You decideAnd it is enforced
Which provider, and whose key: the instance's, the workspace's, or each person'sEvery call is metered by person, by feature, by agent and by model
Which features are on, one switch eachQuotas per person, per agent and per workspace, and a hard cap that halts a run
How much context may leave: everything, assists only, or nothingEmail addresses and phone numbers redacted before anything leaves
Which hosts it may callAn allow-list, and a refused call is an audit row
Whether agents may write, or only proposeProposals wait in a review queue. Sandbox mode commits nothing
A local model, or none at allWith a local model, nothing leaves your network. With none, every rule but one still runs
Deployment

Run it where your policy says.

OKRGoal

Operated by us, in Frankfurt, Germany, in the EU.

Your Kubernetes

A Helm chart with your PostgreSQL, your ingress, your backups. Upgrades are helm upgrade.

One server

Docker Compose and a setup wizard, for a division or a pilot.

Air-gapped

No route to the internet. A local model or no AI, self-hosted assets, no telemetry.

All four run the same signed release. Move a workspace between them with an encrypted export.

Scale

Built for the size of a university.

100,000goals and key results in one workspace
1,000,000tasks in the same workspace
Tens of thousandsof members, by design

We build against a dataset of that size, with a performance budget for every main screen, so the Work Map does not slow down the year your organisation takes OKRs seriously.

Support and partnership

We roll it out with you.

OKRGoal runs the rhythm. People still make the calls. OKR Institute has coached OKR rollouts since 2017, for more than 1,000 organisations, and its coaches help yours get there.

Certified OKR coaches

An OKR Institute coach plans the first two cycles with your OKR lead: which profile, which spaces, which teams go first, and what good looks like at the first close. Then runs the first quarterly review with you.

Training for the people who run it

OKR Institute's certification path for your OKR lead, your coordinators and your managers: Foundation, Practitioner (C-OKRP®), Leader (C-OKRL®) and Chief OKR Officer (C-OKRO®).

A named contact

Somebody who knows your setup, your settings and your history, with response times written into the contract.

Moving in

We bring over your objectives, key results, KPIs and their past values, initiatives and tasks from spreadsheets, with a dry run and a report on every row first.

Through the security review

We answer your questionnaire, walk your team through the architecture, and give you the evidence: the source, the signed images, the audit chain.
